Denys S. Rikhter

Richter Denys Serhiyovych was born on July 15, 1987 in the city of Slavuta, Khmilnytskyi region. After graduating from Slavuta Secondary School No. 6, he was drafted into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 2014, he was mobilized and served in the Slavuta United City Military Commissariat. He then transferred to the 8th separate special purpose regiment. He studied by correspondence at the Educational and Scientific Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University, majoring in "Social Work. Social Pedagogy. Practical Psychology". Since 2015, he has been a participant in combat operations in the ATO / JFO zone. With the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion in 2022, he defended the city of Kyiv and Eastern Ukraine. He died on May 25, 2022 in the Bakhmut district in Donetsk region. He was buried on May 27, 2022 in his hometown. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
