Denys V. Rysovanyi (Panda)

Senior soldier Denys Risovanyy (call sign Panda) was killed on October 6, 2022 during the liberation of the village of Ternі in Donetsk region. Denys was born in Kharkiv. After school, he enrolled at the Kharkiv National Agrarian University, but did not have time to complete his studies. In his free time, he loved to cook and sing. In January 2022, the young man turned 22 years old. He had an entire life ahead of him. However, Russian troops began a full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine. Denys joined the defense of the Motherland as part of the 15th separate Sloviansk regiment of the National Guard of Ukraine. Together with his comrades-in-arms, he took part in battles in the Donetsk region. "He was very kind and sensitive, always smiling. After the war, he wanted to get a higher education. He dreamed of creating a strong family and achieving everything on his own, in order to help us and be a good older brother," said his mother Natalia. The serviceman was buried in the village of Dobropillia in the Kharkiv region. Denys is survived by his parents, younger brother and wife.
