- Senior Lieutenant Denys Dziubanovskyi (call sign "Dzyub) was killed on November 18, 2022, while carrying out a combat mission in the area of the village of Klishchiyivka in the Donetsk region. The officer received fatal injuries as a result of a direct hit of an enemy shell on the vehicle. The day before, the defender turned 47 years old. Denys was born and lived in Kyiv. He graduated from the Faculty of Instrument-Making of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute". For many years, he was the CEO of the company "Rosenberg Ukraine", which supplies professional ventilation equipment for industrial facilities, airports, shopping and business centers, medical institutions, and more. He was passionate about mountain bike trips, loved to read, travel, and spend time with his family and friends. With the start of the full-scale war, the man volunteered to defend his country and the capital. He joined the ranks of the 241st separate brigade of the territorial defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was the commander of the squad of unmanned aerial systems of the reconnaissance company of the 242nd battalion. He took part in the defense of the Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Donetsk regions. During his service, the officer was awarded the medal "For the Defense of the Hero City of Kharkiv" and posthumously awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, 3rd degree. Denys' wife Yevheniia Loshkariova said: "Denys had a great love for life and people. His purposefulness, principles, and erudition were intertwined with a wonderful sense of humor, optimism, and remarkable charisma, so he was a true leader and the soul of the company. He was very responsible, and you could always rely on him." The warrior was buried on the Alley of Heroes of the Forest Cemetery in his native Kyiv. Denys is survived by his mother, brother, wife, two sons, relatives, friends, and comrades-in-arms.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
