  Dmytro Serhiyovych Hrytsiyuk was born on December 16, 1998, in the village of Spodivka, Shevchenkivskyi District, Kharkiv Oblast. He received military education at the Kharkiv National University of Air Forces named after Ivan Kozhedub. He held the position of head of the energy supply department. He was killed on February 24, 2022, in battles near the city of Svatove in Luhansk Oblast.
