Dmytro A. Kupriianov

Dmytro Anatoliyovych Kupryianov was serving in the city of Kharkiv in March 2022, holding the position of assistant duty officer of the patrol service company of the special purpose police unit "East" of the National Police in Kharkiv region. He was tasked with maintaining public order, detecting desertions, and cases of looting. He was killed on March 18, 2022, during an artillery shelling. For personal courage and selfless actions demonstrated in the defense of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, and loyalty to the military oath, Dmytro Anatoliyovych Kupryianov was posthumously awarded the Order "For Courage" of the III degree.
