- Senior soldier Dmytro Mirnyi (call sign Kipish) was killed on February 14, 2023 in Bakhmut, Donetsk region. During an enemy assault, he was killed in a firefight. The warrior was 26 years old. Dmytro lived in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region. He graduated from the National Technical University "Dnipro Polytechnic" with a degree in "Mineral Extraction". He was a mining worker by profession and worked at DTEK "Pavlohradvuhillia". He was interested in cars and football, read a lot of books, was sociable, and had many acquaintances and friends. He greatly valued and loved his family. He always came to help. During the full-scale Russian invasion, the man took up arms and stood up to defend his country. He fought in the ranks of the 58th separate rifle battalion. He held the position of an anti-tank platoon operator. "The family, friends and acquaintances have lost a bright, devoted and extremely kind person. The 'helper boy' who always responded and perceived others' problems as his own. According to the memories of his comrades-in-arms, such people are few. He was a brave warrior, a reliable comrade and a real man," the relatives said. The hero was buried in the village of Bohuslavka, Dnipropetrovsk region. At home, his mother Yuliia Leonidivna and his wife Anna were waiting for the defender.
