During the evacuation of a wounded comrade, he received fatal injuries as a result of enemy mortar shelling. The warrior was forever 26 years old. Dmytro was a native of Kramatorsk, Donetsk region. He studied at school No. 28. Then he graduated from the Kramatorsk Professional College of Industry, Information Technologies and Business of DSMA. He was a technologist (metal casting) by profession. He worked in his specialty at the Novokramatorsk Machine-Building Plant. During 1.5 years of service, he fought in the Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy and Donetsk regions, in particular, he defended the Bakhmut direction. In the summer of 2022, the soldier married his bride Eva, and on December 9, their daughter Emma was born. For their sake, the man continued to bravely fight and dreamed of returning home. He wanted to see the child grow up and be with his family. "Dmytro was a very kind and generous person. He loved his country and his family, he said many times that the enemy cannot be allowed to win, so immediately, on February 25, 2022, he joined the Ukrainian army. He constantly encouraged everyone, he was very cheerful and optimistic," said his cousin Serhiy Ovcharov. Dmytro was buried in the Alley of Glory of the cemetery in his hometown.
