- Senior soldier Dmytro Bevza (call sign Dimon) was killed on February 2, 2024 while performing a combat mission in the village of Terniv, Donetsk region. The warrior remained forever 47 years old. Dmytro was born in Vinnytsia. He grew up in the village of Parpurivtsi, where he finished school. Then he served in the army as a border guard. He lived with his family in Khyzhinetsi. In civilian life, he worked at Vinnytsia Correctional Colony No. 86. During the full-scale invasion, he defended Ukraine as part of the 21st Separate Mechanized Brigade. He held the position of a rifleman-medic. He was awarded the medal "Participant of Combat Operations". "Our father was an example for us of a faithful friend, a hardworking master and a loving family man. Always positive, generous and brave. He never feared the obstacles that stood in his way. An example of a true man: courageous, reliable, persistent. He was a beloved husband, a caring father and a good son," Inna Bevza said. The defender was buried in the village of Khyzhinetsi, Vinnytsia region. Dmytro was survived by his parents, his wife Galyna, son Bohdan and daughter Inna.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
