- Born on April 4, 1987, in the village of Karpylivka, Kozelets district, Chernihiv region. In August 1990, the family moved to the urban-type settlement of Desna, Kozelets district. In 2004, he graduated from the general education school of the urban-type settlement of Desna (now the educational complex "Gymnasium - general education school"), and in 2007, he graduated from the Chernihiv Cooperative Technical School. From July 30, 2007, he served under contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From July to October 2007, he was a driver of the automotive company of the training center, from October 2007 to April 2011, he was a driver of the supply company (training center), from April 2011 to January 2013, he was the commander of the automotive section of the automotive platoon for the supply of material and technical means of the supply company (training center), and from January 2013, he was a driving instructor of the supply platoon of the training process of the supply company of the 718th separate training automotive battalion of the 169th training guards Zvenyhorodskyi Red Banner and Suvorov Orders Center of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A3838, urban-type settlement of Desna, Kozelets district, Chernihiv region). From July 14, 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. He served as a driver of the grenade launcher platoon of the company tactical group of the 169th training center. On August 31, 2014, Senior Sergeant Tytoch was killed as a result of intense shelling during combat duty at a checkpoint in the area of the city of Debaltseve, Donetsk region. Along with him, Captain Bondarenko, Senior Sergeant Savchenko, and Sergeant Shelepaev were killed. On September 3, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Lutava, Kozelets district. In October 2015, a memorial plaque was unveiled on the house where Dmytro Tytoch lived in the urban-type settlement of Desna, Kozelets district. On December 6, 2017, a Memorial to the fallen servicemen of the 169th training center, among whom is the name of Dmytro Tytoch, was opened in the urban-type settlement of Desna, Kozelets district, on the territory of the military unit.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
