Dmytro P. Proka (Chechen)

Dmytro Pylypovych Proka was born on February 23, 1984, in the Zolotonosha district of Cherkasy Oblast. He was a resident of the village of Zorivka in the Zolotonosha district of Cherkasy Oblast. He was the father of three children. A participant in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO). During the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he served as the chief sergeant of a separate reconnaissance battalion. He was killed on March 2, 2022, during enemy shelling near the city of Zaporizhzhia. He is buried in the village of Zorivka in Cherkasy Oblast.
