Dmytro P. Pryshchepa

Serviceman Dmytro Pryshchepa was killed on September 24, 2022 in a battle with Russian invaders in the area of the village of Pisky-Radkivski, Kharkiv region. On October 19, the defender would have turned 28 years old. Dmytro was born in the village of Hlybochytsia, Zhytomyr region. He lived in the village of Levkiv in the Zhytomyr region. He studied at the Levkiv secondary school. He loved fishing and was a jack of all trades. He never left his friends in trouble. After the start of the full-scale war, in June 2022, he voluntarily went to the military registration and enlistment office. He joined the ranks of the 80th separate airborne assault brigade and went to the front line to defend Ukraine from the enemy. "He was a patriot of Ukraine. Good, always helped, never abandoned his comrades-in-arms. We will always remember our hero. It's hard to believe this happened. He dreamed of a happy future after the war, but it was not meant to be... We missed him so much..." said his wife Kateryna. The defender was buried in the village of Levkiv in the Zhytomyr region. At home, his mother, wife and 5-year-old son were waiting for Dmytro.
