Dmytro R. Chumachenko

Dmytro Romanovych Chumachenko was born on February 8, 1996, in Russia. In 1999, he moved with his family to the city of Snihurivka in the Donetsk region. He obtained higher education at the Kharkiv National University of the Air Force named after Ivan Kozhedub. After completing his studies, he moved to Lutsk, where he lived until his death. On September 7, 2019, he got married. He held the position of commander of the aviation unit of the aviation squadron of the 204th Tactical Aviation Brigade. He was killed on March 23, 2022, in an air battle against superior enemy forces near the village of Tryhirya in the Zhytomyr region.
