Dmytro S. Rud

Dmytro was an orphan, raised by his grandmother Lyudmyla Volodymyrivna and grandfather Dmytro Oleksiyovych. "He was bright, kind, intelligent, and sociable. His childhood was spent near the church. Dmytro was raised by his grandfather, who was a role model for the boy. Today, this grief has touched each of us — what happened to him. We all mourn today, but we hope for future peace in Ukraine," they said at the St. Michael's Cathedral, where Dmytro Rud was attending Sunday school.
