- Soldier Dmytro Lysenko (call sign Turbo) was killed on July 8, 2023, while carrying out a combat mission in the area of the village of Mala Tokmachka, Zaporizhzhia region. In August, the defender would have turned 37 years old. Dmytro was born in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region. He lived in Kyiv. He graduated from the Kyiv Academy of Labor, Social Relations and Tourism with a degree in "Enterprise Economics". He was interested in philosophy, founded a philosophical club, and was a co-founder of "Pushfounder" - a platform for international communication of entrepreneurs. He was an advisor to the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine on e-government issues. He founded the political and social network "Politiko.ua". He ran for the Kyiv City Council. He was the head of the project-makerspace "Pavilion 39". Until 2022, he held the position of commercial director of the first national network of testing laboratories "OTK-service". During the full-scale invasion, in May 2022, Dmytro joined the ranks of the 1st separate battalion of the protection of especially important state objects of the National Guard of Ukraine. He was a shooter. In April 2023, he became a soldier of the 78th Special Purpose Regiment "Hertz" of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In addition to his direct official duties, he was involved in fundraising for the needs of the company and providing it with the necessary equipment and technology. "Dmytro was an incredibly bright, courageous and valuable person, a true patriot of his Homeland. At the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he voluntarily joined the ranks of the defenders, insisting on his transfer to the front line. He also volunteered for his last combat mission. Dmytro sincerely believed in our victory and gave the most valuable thing for it - his life. He was full of life, had many ideas and plans on how to rebuild and change our country for the better. The memory of him will forever remain in the hearts of his loved ones, friends and comrades-in-arms," said the fallen warrior's beloved Maria Lipiatska. The defender was buried at the New Cemetery in the city of Vyshhorod, Kyiv region. Dmytro is survived by his parents, brother and beloved.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
