- Born on February 4, 1989, in the urban-type settlement of Ripky, Chernihiv region. In 2007, he graduated from secondary school No. 2 in the urban-type settlement of Ripky, and in 2008, he graduated from the Chernihiv Professional Construction Lyceum with a specialty in "carpenter-machine operator of woodworking machines." He worked in production in the city of Chernihiv. From October 20, 2008, he served under contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 30th Separate Linear Communications Regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0870, city of Chernihiv - the regiment was disbanded in 2012), and from 2012, he was a senior driver-electrician of the 2nd Combined Field Guard Communications Node of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (now - the Combined Field Communications Node of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - military unit A0415, village of Semypolky, Brovary district, Kyiv region). From December 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. He was a participant in the battles for the city of Debaltseve in the Donetsk region. On February 11, 2015, in the area of the city of Debaltseve, Donetsk region, as a result of shelling of the combat positions of Ukrainian troops by enemy artillery, Senior Soldier Shelupets received a penetrating shrapnel wound to the chest. The serviceman died from his injuries while being transported to the hospital in the city of Artemivsk (now - Bakhmut), Donetsk region. On February 15, 2015, he was buried at the Pilsk Cemetery in the urban-type settlement of Ripky, Chernihiv region.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
