Heorhii M. Medelian

Medelyan Heorhiy Mykolayovych was born on May 13, 1979 in Cherkasy. He studied at Cherkasy School No. 17, graduated from Cherkasy Polytechnic College, and worked as an electrician. He also received education at the Kharkiv Aviation Institute. He was engaged in entrepreneurial activities. During the Russian invasion of Ukraine, he voluntarily joined the territorial defense on the second day of the full-scale war, on February 25, 2022. He was a soldier of the Cherkasy Territorial Defense. He died on May 2, 2022 in a hospital in Dnipro from wounds received in battles near the city of Popasna, Luhansk region. He was buried in Cherkasy. He is survived by his wife, mother, brother, and nephews.
