- Born on September 13, 1982, in the city of Pervomaisk, Mykolaiv region. Ukrainian. From early childhood, he lived in the urban-type settlement of Vilshanka in the Vilshanka district of Kirovohrad region. In 1999, he graduated from the general education school of the urban-type settlement of Vilshanka, and in 2000, he graduated from Vocational School No. 9 in Kirovohrad, specializing as a "communication electrician." From November 23, 2000, to February 18, 2002, he served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a driver in the 104th Logistics Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1744, the city of Smila, Cherkasy region - in 2003, the brigade was reformed into the 104th separate automotive battalion, and in 2006, the battalion was relocated from Smila to Cherkasy). After the army, he returned to the urban-type settlement of Vilshanka. From 2002 until mobilization, he worked as a communication electrician at the Public Joint Stock Company "Ukrtelecom" (urban-type settlement of Vilshanka). On March 13, 2015, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He underwent military training at the 38th Joint Training Center of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0704, the city of Vasylkiv, Kyiv region). He served as a mechanic-telephone operator in the radio communication unit of the 54th separate mechanized brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit field post V2970, the city of Artemivsk (since 2016 - Bakhmut), Donetsk region). Since the spring of 2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Call sign "General." On February 20, 2016, while performing his official duties transporting ammunition to the front line in the Izium district of Kharkiv region, soldier Vladov sustained serious injuries from which he died. On February 28, 2016, he was buried in the cemetery of the urban-type settlement of Vilshanka in the Vilshanka district of Kirovohrad region.
