Ihor B. Konotopskyi

Igor Bogdanovich Konotopskyi was born on August 18, 1963, in the village of Cherneliv-Ruskyi, Ternopil district, Ternopil region. After graduating from the Zbarazh vocational school as a carpenter-parquet layer, he went to the army, where he rose to the rank of deputy platoon commander. After serving in the army, he worked as a loader in a sports goods store and was a student of a metalworking machinist at the Vatra factory. In 1985, he went to the Kaliningrad region and became a sailor. Later, he lived in the town of Velyki Birky in the Ternopil region. He had a trading point at the "Motor" car market. He fought from the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion. He died on August 18, 2022, while performing his military duty in the Sumy region. He was buried on August 24, 2022, in the cemetery in the town of Velyki Birky, Ternopil district, Ternopil region. He left behind a wife and two sons.
