- Born on January 21, 1975, in the village of Novoselivka, Haisyn district, Vinnytsia region. Graduated from the secondary school in the village of Bubnivka, Haisyn district. Served in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for mandatory military service. Since 1994, worked as a train assembler in the fuel and transport workshop of the Ladyzhyn thermal power plant (city of Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia region). On July 13, 2015, mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the Haisyn United District Military Commissariat of Vinnytsia region. Served as a senior operator of the observation platoon and technical reconnaissance means of the reconnaissance company of the 59th separate motorized infantry brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit V4050, city of Haisyn, Vinnytsia region). Participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On July 5, 2016, Senior Soldier Volovenko was killed as a result of an explosion from an explosive device in the village of Troitske, Popasna district, Luhansk region. On July 8, 2016, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Novoselivka, Haisyn district, Vinnytsia region.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
