- Born on January 7, 1965, in the city of Kungur, Perm Oblast of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (now Perm Krai, Russian Federation) in a military family. He graduated from high school in Mongolia, where his father was stationed. Served in the Armed Forces of the USSR/Ukraine since the 1980s. He completed his mandatory military service in the Group of Soviet Forces in Germany. After demobilization, he graduated from a military school in the city of Krasnodar (Russia). He served in the Baltic and Carpathian Military Districts. After the collapse of the USSR and Ukraine's independence, he took the Military Oath of allegiance to the people of Ukraine. He served in the city of Borshchiv, Ternopil Oblast. After completing his military service, he lived in the city of Kremenchuk, Poltava Oblast. For over 13 years, he worked as a stamp maker in the pressing shop of the Kryukiv Wagon Works (city of Kremenchuk). On January 31, 2015, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a platoon commander of the 131st Separate Reconnaissance Battalion of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit field post V1109, village of Hushchyntsi, Kalynivka District, Vinnytsia Oblast). Since 2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. He was involved in battles in the area of the city of Mariupol, Donetsk Oblast. On June 5, 2015, Captain Eliseev was killed due to careless handling of weapons while on duty in the area of the urban-type settlement of Volodarske (since 2016 - Nikolske), Donetsk Oblast. On June 9, 2015, he was buried in the Sector of Fallen Heroes of the Anti-Terrorist Operation at the Svyshtov Cemetery in the city of Kremenchuk.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
