Ihor O. Kiseliov

In 2005, he entered the Odessa Institute of Land Forces, and after its disbandment, he was transferred to the Lviv Institute of Land Forces, which he graduated in 2009 with a degree in "Combat Application and Management of Mechanized Units." After graduating from the institute, he served in the military as a platoon commander of the 101st Separate Guard Brigade of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and as an officer of the department of the 10th Separate Special Purpose Detachment of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
