- Sergeant Igor Myshak (call sign Aramis) was killed on September 26, 2023 near the village of Verbove in the Zaporizhzhia region. During the evacuation of fallen comrades, he sustained fatal shrapnel wounds as a result of enemy artillery fire. The defender was now forever 31 years old. Igor was from the city of Berdyansk in the Zaporizhzhia region. He graduated from the Berdyansk Medical College. In civilian life, he worked with wood, making various items for restaurants. He was passionate about music. His last workplace was a furniture factory in his hometown. With the start of the full-scale invasion, Igor and his family found themselves under occupation. As soon as he, his wife, and mother were able to leave, he went to the military enlistment office. And in June 2022, he joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 118th Separate Mechanized Brigade, holding the position of medical instructor. "Igor was a wonderful person. He always found a common language with anyone and was always the life of the party. Extremely intelligent and self-confident. Kind to people. He had an exceptionally big heart. He always helped people, animals, and in the war he always supported his comrades-in-arms," his wife Anna said. The hero was buried at the Lukyanivske Cemetery in Kyiv.
