Ihor P. Klymiuk (Klym)

Born on September 15, 1994, in the village of Okonsk, Manevychi district, Volyn region. Lived in the village of Hirka Polonka, Lutsk district, Volyn region. In 2010, he graduated from the general education school in the village of Hirka Polonka, Lutsk district, and in 2013 - from the Volyn College of the National University of Food Technologies (Lutsk) with a specialty in "Electrician for the repair of electrical equipment." After graduation, he worked as an electrician at the Agricultural Private Enterprise "Rat" in the village of Ratne, Lutsk district, Volyn region. In June 2015, he was called up for compulsory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He underwent training at the 179th Combined Training Center of the Communication Troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A3990, Poltava), then served in the 24th Separate Mechanized Berdychiv Iron Brigade named after Prince Daniel of Galicia of the Operational Command "West" of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0998, Yavoriv, Lviv region). Since 2016, he served under a contract. Since 2016, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. Call sign "Klim." On January 10, 2017, soldier Klymyuk was killed by a shrapnel wound to the head as a result of shelling by Russian-terrorist groups of the positions of Ukrainian troops near the villages of Novozvanivka and Troitske in the Popasna district of Luhansk region. On January 14, 2017, he was buried in the cemetery of the village of Hirka Polonka, Lutsk district.
