Ihor S. Myronenko

Igor Serhiyovych Mironenko was born on March 13, 1973. He was a retired police lieutenant, holding the position of senior inspector-dog handler in the canine support group of the Uzhhorod City Police Department and the Uzhhorod District Dog Center of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Transcarpathian region. During the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he served in the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade. He was killed on March 13, 2022, while defending Ukraine from Russian occupiers. He is buried in Uzhhorod. He is survived by a daughter.
