Ihor V. Burianov

Soldier Igor Buryanov was killed on October 5, 2022, during an artillery shelling near the village of Orlyanskе in the Kharkiv region. The warrior turned 35 a month before this. Igor was born in the city of Kropyvnytskyi. He studied at local school No. 1 and later obtained a higher education at the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, specializing in Law. In civilian life, he worked in the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Podilskyi District of the Department of Social Policy of the Kropyvnytskyi City Council. Before that, he cared for the elderly as an employee of the Territorial Center for Social Services. From 2010 to 2022, he was a deputy of three convocations in Kropyvnytskyi. In the first days of the full-scale war, he voluntarily joined the defense of Ukraine, joining the ranks of the 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Koshovy Otaman Ivan Sirko. He held the position of a mortar man. The warrior was buried in the Glory Alley of the Far Eastern Cemetery in Kropyvnytskyi. Igor is survived by his parents, wife, and daughter. Posthumously, the warrior was awarded the Order of Courage of the III degree and the badge of the Kirovohrad region "For Courage and Bravery". On June 29, 2023, in his hometown, a memorial plaque was unveiled on the facade of the building of the executive committee of the district council, where the defender worked.
