Ihor V. Levin (Anarkhist)

Soldier Igor Levin (call sign Anarchist) was killed on September 6, 2022 while performing a combat mission near the village of Vremivka in the Donetsk region. The defender was 55 years old. Igor was born in the city of Marhanets, Dnipropetrovsk region. He lived in the city of Dnipro. He graduated from school No. 14. He received secondary technical education at a vocational school. He was engaged in berry growing. He was the head of the executive committee of a political party in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Friends remember him as a kind and cheerful person. He sang well and played the guitar, adored his wife, family and Ukraine. Many people in Igor's city loved and respected him, as during the war he became a well-known volunteer. He organized collections for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, repairs of front-line vehicles, etc. And then he himself joined the ranks of the army. The man fought as part of the Azov regiment of the National Guard of Ukraine. "In a few lines, 40 years together that we spent from childhood cannot fit. Husband, Friend, Father, Son, Volunteer, Master, Soldier... LOSS. Life no longer makes sense," wrote his wife Halyna. "Eternal memory. You were a wonderful person. Words cannot describe this tragedy... In my head, everything is at once and empty at the same time... I remember the voice and meetings. How he told about tinctures, about the family," wrote Yuriy Fanyhin. "How many years I knew him, he lived with love for Ukraine and gave his life for Ukraine. Eternal glorious memory to you, Igor Levin, boundless gratitude for this love..." wrote Svitlana Podolska. The warrior was buried at the Yuvileynyi cemetery in Dnipro. Igor is survived by his wife, son and many friends.
