      Melnyk Ihor Vasylovych was born on March 14, 1975 in the city of Ternopil. He was an entrepreneur. With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he became a volunteer in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade. He was killed on May 29, 2022 near the city of Zaporizhzhia. He was buried on June 3, 2022 on the Alley of Heroes of the Mykulynets Cemetery in Ternopil.
