- Born on November 10, 1977, in the city of Chernivtsi. Graduated from the 9th grade of general education school No. 7 in Chernivtsi. After finishing school, he worked in Chernivtsi. Served in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for mandatory military service. Served in the tank troops (in the city of Kamianets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi region). After demobilization, he returned to the city of Chernivtsi. Worked at the Kalynivskyi market, at the "Trembita" factory, and as a section manager in a construction hypermarket. Since 2008, he lived in Kyiv. Worked in a hypermarket. On March 23, 2015, he was mobilized by the Chernivtsi city military commissariat into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served in the 72nd separate mechanized brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A2167, city of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region). From June 13, 2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. While on duty near the city of Volnovakha in the Donetsk region, he fell ill, was treated in a Zaporizhzhia hospital, and underwent rehabilitation. In April 2016, he returned to the front again. On April 20, 2016, soldier Parfentiev died in a hospital in the city of Volnovakha, Donetsk region, due to bilateral pneumonia.
