Ihor V. Rozlutskyi

Born on April 25, 1991, in the city of Turka, Lviv region. Lived in the city of Uzhhorod, Zakarpattia region. Completed 9 grades of general education at Uzhhorod Secondary School No. 8 and a vocational technical school specializing in "automotive locksmith." Worked as a security guard, at a car wash, and as a loader at the "Silpo" supermarket in Uzhhorod. In the Armed Forces of Ukraine since May 2013: from May to September 2013, he served his mandatory military service, and from September 2013, he served under contract. He served as a driver-paramedic in the automotive section of the supply platoon of the medical company of the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A1778, city of Mukachevo, Zakarpattia region). Since July 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On November 19, 2014, soldier Rozlutskiy was killed while performing a combat mission in the area of the urban-type settlement of Stanytsia Luhanska, Luhansk region. Senior soldier Ruslan Semchyshyn was killed along with him. On November 26, 2014, he was buried on the Hill of Glory at the "Kalvaria" cemetery in Uzhhorod.
