      Killed in action on July 4, 2015, around 16:00 as a result of a mine explosion during the evacuation of an injured comrade in the area of checkpoint No. 29 on the "Bakhmutka" road, near the town of Donetskyi in the Kirovskyi city council of Luhansk region.
