Ivan H. Minkov

Minkov Ivan Grigorovich was born on January 25, 2002, in the village of Krynychne, Bolgrad district, Odesa region. He studied and obtained secondary education at the local Krynychne Lyceum. During the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, he was a soldier, holding the position of a mortar battery driver in the mechanized battalion of the 1st Separate Tank Brigade. He was killed on February 26, 2022, during an artillery bombardment near the city of Chernihiv. He was buried on April 12, 2022, in the village of Krynychne. He is survived by his mother and grandmother.
