Ivan S. Kerdman

Junior Sergeant Ivan Kerdman was killed in action on June 12, 2022, while performing his duties near the village of Timofeevka in the Kharkiv region. He received fatal injuries during an enemy air raid. The warrior was 33 years old. Ivan was born in the city of Kherson. He received secondary education. Since 2020, he lived in Lviv. He worked on insulating facades (industrial mountaineering). Mountaineering and conquering heights were his hobby. During the full-scale Russian invasion, the man joined the 125th separate brigade of the territorial defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and went to the front. "My husband was a very kind, sincere and honest person. He adored me and the children, we were always in the first place for him. And he simply adored his job, because conquering heights was his favorite thing," Anna Kerdman said. The defender was buried on the Mars Field of the Lychakiv Cemetery in Lviv. Ivan left behind his mother, sister, wife, and three children.
