Ivan Ya. Haziuk (Dzhoni)

Gazyuk Ivan Yaroslavovych was born in 1992 in the city of Lutsk. He graduated from Lutsk Secondary School No. 20. He obtained higher education at Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University. In December 2014, he joined the special purpose unit "Azov" and participated in the ATO in eastern Ukraine. With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion in 2022, he joined the SSO "Azov". Since September 2022, he has held the position of platoon sergeant major of the 3rd separate assault brigade. He was killed on November 25, 2022, while performing a combat mission during the defense of the city of Bakhmut. The funeral ceremony took place in the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Lutsk on December 1, 2022.
