- Born on November 26, 1993, in the village of Karapchiv, Hlyboka district, Chernivtsi region. He graduated from a general education school (now a gymnasium) in the urban-type settlement of Hlyboka, Hlyboka district. He served under contract in the 24th Separate Mechanized Samara-Ulyanovsk Berdychiv Iron Order of the October Revolution, three-time Order of the Red Banner, and the Suvorov and Bohdan Khmelnytsky brigades named after Prince Daniel of Galicia of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0998, Yavoriv, Lviv region). From spring-summer 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 17, 2014, Senior Soldier Lukyanuk was killed as a result of artillery shelling by Russian-terrorist groups targeting the positions of Ukrainian troops near the city of Lutuhyne, Luhansk region. He was buried on August 24, 2014, in the cemetery of the village of Karapchiv, Hlyboka district. On May 8, 2015, a memorial plaque was unveiled in the urban-type settlement of Hlyboka on the facade of the general education school building (71 Nebesna Sotnya Street), where Kostiantyn Lukyanuk studied.Book of Remembrance for Ukraine - Ukrainian memorial
