Kostiantyn L. Dronhovskyi

Born on February 10, 1984, in the urban-type settlement of Kamianyi Brid, Baranivskyi District, Zhytomyr Oblast. In 2001, he graduated from the general education school of the urban-type settlement of Kamianyi Brid. He served his mandatory military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the spring of 2014, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served as a radio telephone operator in the 30th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409, city of Novograd-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr Oblast). From the summer of 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On August 1, 2014, soldier Dronhovskyi was killed during the shelling of a military vehicle column in the area of the village of Stepaniivka, Shakhtarskyi District, Donetsk Oblast. On August 5, 2014, he was buried in the cemetery of the urban-type settlement of Kamianyi Brid, Baranivskyi District, Zhytomyr Oblast.
