Kostiantyn V. Deriuhin

Deruhyn Kostiantyn Valeriyovych was born on January 13, 1978. Since 2014, he participated in the war in Eastern Ukraine. He was elected chairman of the board of the public organization "Lviv Regional Union for the Social Protection of ATO Fighters and Families of the Fallen." With the onset of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, he was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Daniel. He was killed on March 21, 2022, in Donbas by an enemy sniper's bullet. His funeral took place on March 27, 2022, at the Garrison Church of Saints Peter and Paul in Lviv.
