Kostiantyn V. Yefremov (Svat)

Yefremov Kostiantyn Volodymyrovych was born on November 21, 1991, in the village of Velykotske, Milovskyi district, Luhansk region. In 2016, he graduated from the Kharkiv State University of Food and Trade. During his military service in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Senior Sergeant Kostiantyn Yefremov was responsible and diligent. Since the beginning of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation, Kostiantyn Yefremov demonstrated courage and determination in confronting the enemy, fulfilling all assigned tasks to ensure the territorial integrity of Ukraine with dignity. On May 1, 2022, a group of border guards, which included Senior Sergeant Kostiantyn Yefremov, engaged in an unequal battle with the enemy in the area of the village of Voievodivka, Luhansk region. On May 3, 2022, Kostiantyn Yefremov was killed in battle against the occupiers. For personal courage and selfless actions displayed in defense of the state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, as well as loyalty to the military oath, Senior Sergeant Yefremov Kostiantyn Volodymyrovych was posthumously awarded the Order of "For Courage" of the III degree.
