Maksym I. Odnorob

25-year-old senior soldier Maksym Odnorob was killed in action on July 2, 2022, near the village of Novomykhailivka in Donetsk region. During an enemy artillery shelling, he received fatal injuries. Maksym was born and lived in the village of Oleksiivka, Kharkiv region. He stu at the Oleksiivka comprehensive school of I-III degrees, and in 2013 he graduated from the 9th grade. Later, he acquired the profession of an electric gas welder at the Krasnokutsk Professional Agrarian Lyceum. In 2019-2021, he served in the army. Then he worked at food industry enterprises. In 2021, the man signed a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 46th separate assault battalion "Donbas" of the 54th separate mechanized brigade. He performed combat missions in the area of the Joint Forces Operation. He fought for the settlement of Novotroitske and the city of Volnovakha in Donetsk region, and defended the city of Lysychansk in Luhansk region. He met the full-scale Russian invasion in Donetsk region. He was a gunner of the machine gun department of the fire support platoon of the 3rd assault company. "My brother . It's still hard to believe that he's not with us in this life, but in memory, he will remain forever," said the deceased's brother Vitaliy. "The authority in his life was always his father, Igor Mykolayovych, a hardworking rural tractor driver. He taught him to be responsible for his work, to love his village, his relatives, and to respect people," said the teacher and neighbor Lyudmyla Chyshko. He went to school, drove his father's tractor, helped with the household chores," shared the first teacher of the deceased, Tamara Dotzenko.
