Very strong in body and spirit, wise, and courageous. He was a true patriot. Even when he came back from the army, he said that as soon as the war in Ukraine began, he would go to defend it. He was an example for his younger comrades-in-arms, saved many, fought with passion and dedication, while remaining very modest. The family found out about all his exploits posthumously. The news of his death is the most terrible day of our lives. Eternal and bright memory to our Hero!" - his sister Oksana Pavlenko said.
