Maksym M. Shapoval

After graduating in 2000 from the Military Institute of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute," he served in the military in officer positions: assistant to the chief of staff for special communications and secrecy regime of the 10th Special Operations Brigade of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine; officer of the staff of the 4th Separate Repair and Restoration Battalion of the Ukrainian peacekeeping contingent of the UN mission in Sierra Leone; officer, senior officer, head of the group — diving specialist of the department of the 10th Special Operations Brigade of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine; in the State Guard Administration of Ukraine (2010–2012); head of the instructors' service of the 10th Special Operations Brigade of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine; deputy commander of the 10th Special Operations Brigade of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
