      Died on November 25, 2017, during a battle while trying to deliver an injured comrade to the unit's positions in the area of the village of Verkhnotoretske in the Yasynuvata district of Donetsk region.

      • Born on November 28, 1990, in the village of Davydivka, Volodarsko-Volynskyi (since 2016 - Khoroshivskyi) district of Zhytomyr region. Completed 9 grades of the general education school in the village of Davydivka, Volodarsko-Volynskyi (since 2016 - Khoroshivskyi) district, then attended the general education school in the village of Hrusky, Volodarsko-Volynskyi (since 2016 - Khoroshivskyi) district. After school, he studied for some time at the Zhytomyr Technological College. Served in the military on conscription, then under contract in the 30th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0409, city of Novograd-Volynskyi, Zhytomyr region). Since the fall of 2014, he served under contract in the 95th Separate Air Assault Brigade of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0281, city of Zhytomyr). Since 2014, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On November 25, 2017, Junior Sergeant Perepelitsia was killed by a sniper's bullet near a checkpoint close to the urban-type settlement of Verkhnotoretske in the Yasynuvata district of Donetsk region. On November 28, 2017, he was buried at the Smolyan Military Cemetery in the city of Zhytomyr.
