  Maxim graduated from school with a medal, then from the Military Institute of Telecommunications and Informatization named after the Heroes of Kruty. He was assigned to the 44th Separate Artillery Brigade for service and became a participant in combat operations in the area of the anti-terrorist operation in Donbas.
