Maksym S. Narizhnyi

Born on December 28, 1995, in the city of Sumy. In 2012, he graduated from secondary school No. 22 in Sumy and entered Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A.S. Makarenko. In 2015, he transferred to part-time study. Since 2015, he served under contract in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 46th Separate Special Purpose Battalion "Donbas-Ukraine" of the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Operational Command "East" of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit field post V2612, city of Lozova, Kharkiv region). Since 2015, he participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On March 27, 2017, soldier Narizhny was killed as a result of an explosion from an unknown explosive device while performing a combat mission near the village of Novoluhanske in the Bakhmut district of Donetsk region. Along with him, soldier Pysarenko was killed. On March 30, 2017, he was buried in the Alley of Honorary Citizens at the Central Cemetery of the city of Sumy.
