Biography
Yalovtsov Maksym Vadymovych was born on August 5, 1990 in the territory of Russia. His father served as a border guard. When Maksym was 1 year old, he moved with his family to the city of Torez in the Donetsk region, where his childhood passed. In 2002, the family moved to Kyiv, where he studied at school No. 300. From childhood, Maksym was passionate about sports and was physically very developed. He played football from the age of 15. He supported the Kyiv "Dynamo". Later, he became seriously interested in rugby. He played for the main squad of RC "Aviator" in the top division of the Ukrainian championship. In addition to team sports, Maksym practiced martial arts and achieved success in them. Maksym Yalovtsov is a master of sports of Ukraine in grappling, free-fight and MMA. Multiple medalist of world and European championships in pankration and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Wrestling coach and mentor of many Ukrainian champions. Later, he began to develop professionally in the field of practical shooting and tactics. At first, he organized free regular courses on the use of weapons. Over time, he became a co-founder of a shooting range, where he also worked as an instructor. After the start of the full-scale invasion, Maksym, together with like-minded people, organized the gathering of volunteer groups, among whom there were many Dynamo fans. From the first days, the guys took part in the defense of the capital. On March 20, 2022, the Russians carried out an air strike on the Retroville shopping center in Kyiv, where Maksym's unit was based. The building was completely destroyed, but Maksym was the first to rush to pull his friends out of the rubble and provide first aid. He died on September 21, 2022 in the rear of the enemy as a result of a mine explosion while performing a combat mission in the Kherson region. Almost no one dared to go on this mission. He was buried on October 18, 2022 on the Alley of Glory of the Forest Cemetery in Kyiv.Burial place
