- Soldier Maxim Zaidlich (call sign Beard) was killed on October 10, 2022, while performing a combat mission near the city of Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region. The warrior was 42 years old. Maxim was born in the city of Malyn in the Zhytomyr region. Two years later, the family moved to Luhansk region, to the city of Antratsyt. There, in 1996, he graduated from school. From 2006 to 2011, he stu at the Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University, in the faculty of "Enterprise Economics." He received a specialist diploma in enterprise management. He lived in Kharkiv, worked as a manager at various enterprises, and in recent years was a taxi driver. He loved football, volleyball, and supported FC Metalist (Kharkiv), Zorya (Luhansk), and Dynamo (Kyiv). With the onset of the full-scale war, he joined territorial defense and in May became a soldier in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 92nd Separate Mechanized Brigade, holding the position of driver in the automotive section of the logistics platoon. "My husband volunteered to defend the Motherland, a true patriot of his country," noted Olga Zaidlich. He was buried in the village of Ukrainka in the Zhytomyr region. The warrior is survived by his parents, wife, and children. Posthumously, Maxim Zaidlich was awarded the Order of Courage of the 3rd class.Memory Platform 'Memorial'
