Mykhailo B. Sharyhin

Soldier Mykhailo Sharyhin was killed on September 5, 2022, in battle with the occupiers near the village of Ozerne in the Donetsk region. The defender was forever 50 years old. Mykhailo was born in the city of Kamianka-Buzka, Lviv region, in a military family. In childhood, he moved with his family to the city of Chervonohrad, where he spent his entire life. He received secondary education at school No. 11. Then he graduated from the Chervonohrad Construction Lyceum. He worked in the housing and communal services, held the position of site engineer, and proved himself as a good specialist. Later, he started working for himself, registered as an entrepreneur - he installed boilers and furnaces. He was a master of his craft. From 2010 until the war, he worked at the Lisova mine, holding the position of underground electrical mechanic in the stationary equipment section. He loved fishing, picking mushrooms, working on the land, and growing fruits and vegetables. On the third day of the full-scale war, on February 26, 2022, the man was mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He served in the 103rd separate brigade of the territorial defense. He was a rifleman. "He was a kind and sensitive person, he never refused when they asked him for help," said the widow of the deceased, Maria. The military was buried in the Alley of Heroes of the cemetery in the village of Bendiuha, Lviv region. Mykhailo is survived by his wife, two sons, a grandson, relatives, friends, and comrades-in-arms.
