  Osyf Mykhailo Ivanovych was born on November 14, 1980, in the village of Dubinka, Monastyrskyi district, Ternopil region. He studied at the Dubinkivska Gymnasium. On February 28, 2022, he went to the front. He died on August 18, 2022, in the hospital in Khmilnytskyi from injuries sustained near the city of Sievierodonetsk in the Luhansk region. He was buried in his native village. He is survived by his parents, wife, and two children.
