Mykhailo I. Tymofii (Timokha)

Soldier Mykhailo Tymofii (call sign Timoha) was killed on May 26, 2022, in the Luhansk region as a result of the occupants dropping phosphorus bombs. The defender remained forever 35 years old. Mykhailo Tymofii lived in the village of Kopachiv, Kyiv region. In 2001, he graduated from the local general secondary school of grades I-II. He continued his studies at Vocational School No. 2 in Ukrainka. His specialty was an electrician. In civilian life, he worked as an electrician, and recently was a driver abroad. With the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, he joined the defense of Ukraine, joining the ranks of the 114th separate brigade of territorial defense. He held the position of a rifleman in the rifle platoon of the 135th separate battalion. "Mykhailo was always positive, kind and attentive, ready to help. He was the backbone of the whole family. From the first day of the full-scale invasion, he went to defend our country, and he remained the best brother, the best son and father," said the relatives of the fallen. The warrior was buried in the village of Kopachiv. Mykhailo is survived by his mother, two younger sisters and two children. He was posthumously awarded the Order of Courage, 3rd degree.
