Mykhailo M. Pavlov

Serviceman Mykhailo Pavlov died on March 12, 2023, in battle with the occupiers near the city of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region. In February, the warrior turned 21 years old. Mykhailo was born in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region. After completing secondary education, the young man chose the path of military service. He studied at the National Academy of Land Forces named after Hetman Petro Sahaidachny in Lviv. In 2021, he joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was a serviceman of the 93rd Separate Mechanized Brigade "Kholodny Yar". From the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion, Mykhailo, as part of his unit, defended Ukraine from the occupiers on various fronts. "We have known each other since school, for many years. We never communicated closely, but Mykhailo always presented himself as a brave and courageous person. He was very kind and had a charming smile," said the deceased's acquaintance, Kateryna. The defender was buried in Kyiv. Mykhailo is survived by his mother, relatives, friends, and comrades-in-arms.
