      • Born on January 20, 1973, in the village of Medvedivka, Kegychivskyi District, Kharkiv Oblast. Graduated from high school. On August 12, 2015, mobilized into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Served as a mechanic-driver of a T-64B tank in the 28th Separate Guards Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (military unit A0666 (field post V0095), the urban-type settlement of Chornomorske, Kominternivskyi District (since 2016 - Lymanskyi District), Odesa Oblast). Since the fall of 2015, participated in the anti-terrorist operation in eastern Ukraine. On January 28, 2016, soldier Tarasyuk died from acute heart failure while on duty in a dugout in the area of the village of Shyroke, Stanytsia Luhanska District, Luhansk Oblast. Buried in the cemetery of the village of Medvedivka, Kegychivskyi District, Kharkiv Oblast.
